Cancellation Policy

Product Photography

Booking and Payment:

  • Services must be prepaid based on the quote provided at the time of booking. This ensures that your slot is reserved exclusively for you.
  • The quote may be subject to adjustments if additional work or needs arise, but any changes will be mutually agreed upon by both the client and the photographer.

Cancellation by Client:

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made [9 days to 5 days] before the scheduled shoot will incur a [35%] cancellation fee, with the remaining balance of the deposit refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than [5 days] before the scheduled shoot will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
  • In the event of a cancellation, if any additional work has already been completed beyond the initial deposit amount, an invoice for these services will be issued and is payable within [15 days or shall be deducted from any refund if qualified].

Rescheduling:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at the earliest convenience.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if it requires significant changes or preparations.

Cancellation by Photographer:

  • In the unlikely event that I must cancel the booking, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
  • Alternatively, we can reschedule the shoot to a mutually agreeable date without any additional cost.

Post-Approval Changes:

  • Once proofs have been approved and edits completed, there can be no substitution.
    Any additional changes or new edits requested after this point will be charged as a new edit, following our standard rates.
